Children of Joy! is a successful and well-respected ministry of Spirit of Joy! that ministers to an enrollment of 150 children in the community. There is an intentionally Christian focus, as most of the children in the school are not members of Spirit of Joy! Team leaders are involved with decision making that affects the whole congregation, which is such an important ministry at SOJ!

The curriculum is designed to be developmentally appropriate while integrating Christian principles. Child-directed, child-initiated and teacher-supported play is an essential part of the Children of Joy! program. The children will enjoy a classroom setting rich with concrete exploration and involvement with adults and other children.
