Registration Process

The registration form and non-refundable registration fee is required for placement.  Registration fee is $25 for Spirit of Joy! church members and $75 for non-church members.

• Enrollment is based on the child’s age as of September 1, 2008.
• Supply fees are due twice a year, in May and January.
• Enrollment forms, supply fee and one month’s tuition (applied to May 2009) are due May 23, 2008, with September tuition due by September 1, 2008.  Withdrawal after June 1 will result in loss of 50% of prepaid tuition. 
• COJ! classes will begin with gradual entry week ( 9am-12noon) after Labor Day. 
• COJ! follows Conroe ISD for holidays and closings.

Registration Procedures

1. Registration will begin February 4, 2008.  You may pick forms up in the preschool office or one will be sent home in your child’s folder.  All forms received by Friday, February 15, 2008 will receive priority placement.
2. We will do our best to insure that each child gets his/her first choice.  We will begin registration with the oldest classes, so younger siblings can be placed on the same days.  Siblings not currently enrolled will be placed after returning students have been registered.
3. Church members will begin registration Sunday, February 17, and will receive priority placement until Sunday, February 24.
4. Registration will be open to the public starting Monday, February 25.
